Kairos began as a simple idea, to bring together the ODCP community beyond the classroom and create a space for meaningful connection, learning, and reflection.

Over the past two years, Kairos has grown into a cherished tradition. Two successful conferences have brought together ODCP alumni from across geographies, industries, and batches, creating opportunities for deep conversations, new friendships, professional collaborations, and collective learning. In the last year our community has grown and now our community is 800+ strong members, making the ODCP alumni network stronger and more diverse than ever before.

As we launch Kairos 3.0, we invite you to be part of the next chapter of this journey. Designed for the alumni, by the alumni, Kairos 3.0 promises richer conversations, fresh perspectives, meaningful collaborations, and opportunities to strengthen the bonds that make this community special.

Dates

August 6th to 9th, 2026 (Thursday through Sunday). A perfect long weekend to reconnect with your ODCP network.

  • 6th Aug 2026 – Check-in- 3pm onwards (Dinner at the hotel)
  • 7th and 8th Aug – Conference Days (All meals at the hotel)
  • 9th Aug – Check-out (Breakfast at the hotel)

Inclusions

Santhosh Babu has lived the crossovers he teaches. Primary school teacher in Bhutan to stage hypnotist. Environmentalist with WWF to leadership consultant and coach to large organisations. Columnist in national dailies. Author of a coaching book published by Wiley. And now completing his first novel. His most recent crossing — from the consulting world to a coffee estate in a remote village in Karnataka, where The Crossover was designed.

FAQs

Can I get an outsider to the conference (outsider = Not ODCP and not family member)?

Yes, this conference is now open for non ODCP alumnis, and the participant can get their family members (spouse, parents, kids, siblings etc at an additional cost of a person as mentioned)

Can I attend the conference then opt out of hotel, (i.e. rooms stay, food,)?

No, if you are attending the conference you have to part of the group by staying in the same hotel and paying for the same.

Can I pick and choose the days I can attend the conference and pay accordingly?

No, you can choose to attend the conference as u want, then you will have to make the booking for all 3N and 2D. Then it is recommended to attend the conference fully for a wholesome experience.

Is there a separate conference fee?

No, ODA doesn't charge anything for this conference. Participants have to bear the cost of travel and stay

How many can accommodate in a Room

Two person with an extra bed (for double sharing room).

What are charges for Kids?
  • Extra Child – upto 6 yrs - Complimentary
  • Extra Child – 6 to 12 yrs - 30% of contracted rate
  • Extra person - above 12 yrs - 40% of contracted rate

Will I get to choose with whom I can share the room as part of my stay for the conference

Yes, Please mention the name of the person, you wish to share the room with in additional comments in the registration form.

When are the participants expected to reach for the conference

6th Aug post second half. Because the evening is kept for informal catch ups and chit chats.

What is the agenda of the conference?

Agenda will be co-created by the alumni because this is exactly why the conference is called unconferencing. You will get to know more details on the group and closer to conference dates. Some part of the agenda will be emerging in the here and now

Can I make instalment payments for the conference?

No, you will have to make one shot payment as part of confirming your registration

Can I register closer to the conference dates?

Ideally, we would want you to register well in advance because organizing team needs to manage room allotments, payments, other modalities of smoother check-in and conference experience. Also, hotel has limited rooms.
