The first-ever ODCP Alumni Meet brought together 107 passionate alumni in Goa from August 8–11, 2024. It was a vibrant weekend of connection, reflection, and celebration—where leadership and friendship beautifully intersected. Kairos marked the start of a cherished tradition, honoring the spirit and bonds of the ODCP journey.
Building on its success, we’re excited to launch Kairos 2.0—a conference for the alumni, by the alumni. This year’s meet promises deeper connections, new collaborations, and an even more impactful experience. Let’s come together again to shape the future of our community.

August 21-24, 2025 (Thursday through Sunday). A perfect long weekend to reconnect with your ODCP network.
21st Aug 2025 – Check-in- 3pm onwards (Dinner at the hotel)
22nd and 23rd Aug – Conference Days (All meals at the hotel)
24th Aug 2025 – Check-out (Morning) (Breakfast at the hotel)

Payment Details
Conference Fee is ₹20,838 INR per person (all-inclusive package - Twin Sharing).
Payment by cheque/DD of ₹20,838 INR per person (all-inclusive package). favoring "OD Alternative Consultancy Pvt. Ltd." at the time of registration.
Your registration is considered final after we receive the registration form and advance payment.
You can also make the payment via credit card or other means on a direct Razorpay payment link, however an additional fees of 2.56% will be charged on the regular conference fee (₹21,383) mentioned in the first point.
Can I get an outsider to the conference (outsider = Not ODCP and not family member)?
No, this conference is only for ODA-ODCP participants, and the participant can get their family members (spouse, parents, kids, siblings etc at an additional cost of a person as mentioned)
Can I attend the conference then opt out of hotel, (i.e. rooms stay, food,)?
No, if you are attending the conference you have to part of the group by staying in the same hotel and paying for the same.
Can I pick and choose the days I can attend the conference and pay accordingly?
No, you can choose to attend the conference as u want, then you will have to make the booking for all 3N and 2D. Then it is recommended to attend the conference fully for a wholesome experience.
Is there a separate conference fee?
No, ODA doesn't charge anything for this conference. Participants have to bear the cost of travel and stay
How many can accommodate in a Room
Two person with an extra bed (for double sharing room).
What are charges for Kids?
Extra Adult will be at additional cost INR 6000/-Inclusive of GST per room per night with extra bed & as per AP meal plan.
Extra Adult will be at additional cost INR 5500/-Inclusive of GST per room per night with extra bed & as per MAP meal plan. Children between 6-12 years will be at additional cost INR 3000/-Inclusive of GST per room per night with extra bed & as per AP meal plan.

Will I get to choose with whom I can share the room as part of my stay for the conference
Yes, a separate form will be released closer to the conference dates. You can choose your room partner, based on mutual agreement.
When are the participants expected to reach for the conference
21st Aug post second half. Because the evening is kept for informal catch ups and chit chats.
What is the agenda of the conference?
Agenda will be co-created by the alumni because this is exactly why the conference is called unconferencing. You will get to know more details on the group and closer to conference dates. Some part of the agenda will be emerging in the here and now
Can I make instalment payments for the conference?
No, you will have to make one shot payment as part of confirming your registration
Can I register closer to the conference dates?
Ideally, we would want you to register well in advance because organizing team needs to manage room allotments, payments, other modalities of smoother check-in and conference experience. Also, hotel has limited rooms.
